How Queast works

Follow the evidence all the way to a human decision

Queast connects market evidence, analysis, recommendations, preparation, and daily sales work. It does not collapse them into one black-box score. Each stage has a different authority, and your team keeps control of the final action.

  • 01Inspectable evidence
  • 02Visible eligibility

Evidence-to-action workflow

Six stages keep authority visible

Each stage has a different job. Moving forward requires stronger support; no stage silently inherits more authority than the one before it.

  1. 01
    Observation

    Source evidence

Dated, inspectable observations keep their source and provenance. One observation is evidence—not a Signal.

  2. 02
    Interpretation

    Analysis

Interpretation connects supported observations across sources and time while preserving gaps, conflict, and uncertainty.

  3. 03
    Hypothesis

    Composite Intent

A company-level, multi-source, time-aware hypothesis keeps its lifecycle, conflicts, provenance, and current state.

  4. 04
    Gate

    Eligibility

Every applicable strict requirement must pass. Unknown capability truth, stale context, conflict, weak evidence, unstable dedupe, or missing references can hold the path.

  5. 05
    Recommendation

    Actionable Signal

Only an eligible, evidence-backed recommendation carries Actionable Signal authority and proposes a defensible next step.

  6. 06
    Decision

    Human action

A seller reviews the context, prepares the account and person, checks any draft, chooses the action, and records the outcome.

Connected evidence

Start with sources—not an intent shortcut

Different sources answer different questions. Coverage, source availability, and update behavior depend on the supported market and approved configuration.

Strict recommendation path

Hold the line between hypothesis and recommendation

The current Signals interface exposes strict-contract context, capability readiness, evidence cues, and recommendation review. Suppressed, insufficient, stale, conflicted, or capability-unknown paths remain non-actionable; re-evaluation creates an auditable new run instead of silently rewriting history.

  • No single-cue shortcut

A job ad, article, post, technology tag, or person cue cannot create an Actionable Signal by itself.

  • Time-aware hypothesis

Composite Intents aggregate evidence across time and preserve lifecycle and conflict state.

  • Conjunctive eligibility

Every applicable requirement must pass before recommendation authority is allowed.

  • Visible non-action states

Insufficient, stale, conflicted, suppressed, and capability-unknown paths do not become actionable.

Product evidence: strict-contract context, readiness, cues, and recommendation review are visible. The example company, fit value, quantities, labels, and generated prose are not verified outcomes or coverage claims.

Distinct preparation jobs

Turn an eligible recommendation into preparation

Each downstream output keeps a distinct role and never inherits more authority than its evidence supports.

Human-controlled execution

Keep the final action with the seller

Workbench can organize a reviewed next step and its context. The seller still decides which account and person to approach, checks the reason and claims, chooses the channel and timing, acts, and records what happened.

  1. 01

    Review context

Inspect the evidence, recommendation, person context, and preparation before acting.

  2. 02

    Choose deliberately

Confirm the recipient, claims, channel, timing, and next step.

  3. 03

    Act under human control

Perform the conversation or external action; Queast does not complete it autonomously.

  4. 04

    Record the outcome

Keep planned work distinct from performed work and record the result deliberately.

Bounded extensions

Connections and services do not change authority

Queast can fit into a wider operating system without giving transport or service support the power to create evidence, approve recommendations, or complete customer decisions.
